whats with the cave behine the water fall in grand bazzar why is it there and how do i activiate it ???? HELP :!: :!: :!: :!:

...can not be unlocked until you've reached your second year in the game. Leave your farm area on a non-rainy day between 9:00 pm and 2:00 am and you'll discover something unusual with the waterfall by Lloyd's house.
The cave will become available in your second year, and you will meet someone new when it's finally open.

ok thanks !!!!!!!!! i have another question can it be any day it just has to be in the second year and the time oh and also do i go inbetween the times or straighly at the time

as far as i know, it can be any sunny/clear day. and you can activate the event between the times given. you don't have to enter the screen at exactly 9pm.
