Ushi No Tane Forum

Currently, I'm very fond of Mikoto, Maerwen, Elena, and Sierra (to an extent). I think Pandora's funny, but she's just not appealing as a wife choice (as a BFF though...). I prefer to play as Sonja rather than marry her, even though I think she's adorable...and um...I don't really like the rest of the girls. Lily and Electra are a bit too bland to me, though I do like how close Electra is to her mother, and Violet's never really appealed to me...(though I don't really like the ''shy'' girls, aside from Dorothy). Um, oh, and Odette...I liked her at first due to her hair color and clothes, but then she faded out...a lot. She's pretty much at the bottom of my list despite how I believed she would be at the top at first... ;_;

Having beating the game and seen all of the marriages (and events leading up to them), my favorites are definitely Odette and Violet! They are both super cute! I loved the scenes involving Odette's scar and Violet's shyness is just adorable!

Honorable mentions go to Elena and Pandora :3

I like Violet! She has such a sweet personality. Gonna have to say she's followed closely by Maerwen and Lily.

Awesome! Violet is now tied with Lily! (or should be higher if the votes are as real as they should be)

I've tried, but I haven't been able to like Odette. (she keeps doing things that annoy me)
And I can't get over Violet's 8-year old voice. =/

What does Odette do that annoys you?

I don't really like Odette either. She seems really....generic. That's the only word I can think of. She reminds me of too many female anime characters. She'd be my last choice of who to marry, honestly.

Odette is okay. But I don't really like her for the same reason I don't really like Lily. So many of their events are centered around cooking and I always find that boring. So both of them are pretty low on my list. Also no offense but Odette is a little easy to offend. I never like that in a character. It's just a joke don't get mad DX.

I was tempted to watch the playthrough of ToD on youtube and....

Sonia's voice... <3 Is adorable; her singing voice too. Am I the only one who likes it? I heard more negative reviews on her voice than positive ones. V_V D: It seems my choice of bachelorettes aren't gonna change...yet.
now to abuse my brain to thinking how Pandora sounds like.... >:D

Odette has a rather bratty side to her that is reminiscent of my sister, and it gets on my nerves. For some reason, I can get all the shop people to haggle with me just once at least, but not yet with Odette. She always denies to haggle.

She was way to easily ok with the whole story of two people sharing a body. really gullible. this being her first impression towards me. and after that, her cheerful attitude that clashes with that brat attitude of hers...

I don't know. Sometimes you can point out why you don't like a character, and other times you can't really pinpoint one reason because a lot of small reasons have led to the dislike.

And of all the bachelorettes, Odette gets on my nerves for some reason.

Then Violet is ok so long as her va doesn't speak. its really unnerving to hear an 8-year talk to me from a marriageable character. I normally like the shy types, but Violet doesn't interest me in the least.

And those are my lame attempts at reasoning. xD

I always turn the volume WAY down when Odette sings XD I can't stand her voice... or the lyrics x.x

Violet is one of my least favorite bachelorettes only because the shy trait is way overused in this series. It's nice that she has more personality than the other shy characters in prior games but yea, the voice is really, really child like >.<

Sonja's singing: OH MY GODZ. THIS IS AWESOME.
Lily: Meh.
Odette: 0_o and she thinks her singing is bad... it's okay, but not good enough to impress me.

I've only heard Odette's singing so far. It's pretty good though.

Although I think this is the first time where I don't really like the English lyrics in comparison to not understanding what's being said, because usually I don't mind the translation. Maybe I just need to hear someone else sing. Still love the song though.

I liked Odette's spirit song in the English version too.
But I liked the Japanese version even better.
It just seems smoother and less choppy.

In particular during the final stages of the game.
I'm not going to say when specifically to avoid spoiling it.
