Where can one hear their English song? I think this might be the group one but...I dunno. I was hoping for clips of them by their solo singing (I assume they have solo versions of the song?).

I was a bit disappointed in the group v, as in the Japanese version I could've sworn I had heard different parts. The English version sounds.. a bit overlapping, in my mind. Which is why I like Odette only's version better. (But I dunno if only Odette sings it alone.)
That said, I still love the song!~

Mikoto and Maerwen. I'd say Violet as well, but her little girl voice would make me feel like a child molester if I married her.

It's so hard to decide I like Odette tons ~ I really like Sonja to ^^ No offense to Mist, but Sonja is a much better main character girl I think. I actually for once am going with the main character girl for marriage ~

(still playing as Aden, once I saw him wandering around, when playing as Sonja, it disturbed me right back to playing as him, I will play as both off and on though. )

Finally got the game and heard Odette singing and I must say...I really love her voice. Her song is beautiful. Love to hear the original japanese version.

Anyway, favorite bachelorettes are currently Odette, Violet, and Maerwen. A little disappointed by Sierra. Odette is by far definitely my favorite. A little moody at times, but for the most part it's just out of frustration; and I can understand that.

Out of all of the bachelorettes, Elena is the one that pisses me off the most. Can. not. stand. her. Maybe it was her intro event? I don't know. But I really can't stand her.

Status Update for Post-Plot, I guess.

I'm just loving Electra more and more. I'm not entirely sure what got her in a tizzy with the whole "my tutor is a woman" thing, she can't stop being adorable. And this was coming from the woman I thought would barely be a blip on the radar when the bachelorettes were first announced.

I think Odette's getting high up there on Main Heroines I really like, along with Shara. The girl's got some spunk, but she's a lot the more mature and level-headed side. And thank goodness she does NOT remind me of HM64/BTN/FoMT Ann. And I'll stress this: I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY hate Ann. (On the awkward side, my sister's husband pointed out, at a glance, that Ann reminds him of said sister. Uhh.... why do I have an overall better relationship with my sister, then?) I still consider Sonja the "Female Protagonist" of this story no matter what everyone else's argument is, but yeah. I find her normal without being dully so. I suppose, normal in the "more realistic" and grounded sense. Kind of the antithesis of the wacky characters from Rune Factory 3... and Mist, who would fit in with said cast without a doubt. And I like her side ponytail. And purple-ish hair. And her voice. (I seriously thought she was Cherami Leigh, too. English Odette sounds an awful lot like English Ayano and English Cecily Campell.)

Maerwen is fun to befriend, but again, I don't find myself interested in her as a wife. I guess they sort of come through for me in keeping Karen Strassman from being the openly tender choice in every game I've played... though this is slightly subverted when here "dere" side is "super dere", and that sort of comes back into play. And she's a maid. Seriously. Make her an action girl in one of these games and let's see if I'll like the character she plays next time around. (On the Japanese side, YAMADA FROM WORKING! AS SOME STIFF?! I know she's also played Kyou, but seriously... Yamada's like, "Please Love Me! I'm a cute loli!" Maerwen's SUPER OPPOSITE OF THIS.)

Mikoto, I find to be an interesting character, but yet another non-wife for me. I guess I've actually heard her story before, and it's not quite as unique as some may think, but it's still an interesting thing. While I'm baffled at Aden being a tad slow with Mikoto's gender, I don't entirely blame him. Yuu Kobayashi seems to be voicing a LOT of characters causing gender confusion lately. Her English Voice Actor? Well, if she's the same person who voiced Haku, just maybe, but... uh.... moving on.

I'm with Ranger on Elena.

And Pandora quickly fell out of favor with me for not only delaying the true courtship stage of this game, but her general hijinx in general. Plus, I'm just never all that into Joke Megalomaniac characters. Or the more serious variety, for that matter.

Well, a Canadian companion of mine did keep claiming I have very "plain" tastes. That ought to explain everything...

Me too! A lot of people can't get over her outfit/hair but seriously the more time I spend with her the more I like her. It's the same with Maerwen and Elena - I thought Elena would drive me insane, but she's actually... kind of cute.

Violet sounds like an 8 year old, but at some points she seems more mature than some of the other characters. Pandora's character actually lost favor with me - I didn't expect her to be so goofy -.-;; She reminds me (personality wise) of Daria from RF3, which isn't a great thing sometimes (Daria wasn't all that romantic).

how can there only be 57 votes for Maerwen she's soooo cute and i love her smile plus she's brown and it's very rare that you see someone in an anime/video game who's cute and has dark skin. so com one how can no1 lover her!

Marewen's adorable true she's kinda cold at first but once you get to now her she is very sweet

Even though the votes don't reflect it, I'm glad to see people having second thoughts about Electra. It's true that her look COULD be better, I'm too focused on her personality to care.

Maerwen is getting more interesting the more I get to know her. Between you and me, did any of you thought her third event was misplaced? I haven't gotten 4 FP+ with her yet, but...dang Aden, you're only at 3 FP with her and you're THAT close to her already?

As for the poll, this thread's pretty old - it started before the game was out... and you couldn't change your vote in the poll, either.
Also, it was bumped from the 31st....
Perhaps someone should make a new one, as a lot of people have the game now, I'd imagine, which could change peoples' opinions. *shrug*

Maerwen's 3rd FP event is as follows:
I thought the setting could've been a bit more subtle, like having Aden spend time looking at Maerwen's room (since you can visit people's rooms at 3 FP) and learning what she is reading. Instead, they gave the scene described above. I don't mind it as it is, but it could've been more subtle...

Someone should create a thread stating "post-plot impressions of the RF characters" and include a poll asking for your favorite character after clearing the plot. I would do but I haven't finished the plot yet.
