Tbh, I've never actually thought about his nationality before. To me he really could be Indian or Arabic, really. Or both. Although, his outfit/hat/hair gives him more of an Arabian look.

One of India's primary languages is Urdu, which draws many of it's words from Arabic.

Yeah but like I said, it's used in Islamic communities and there are a lot of Indian Islamic communities. I think his personality implies regal Indian descent.

No one in HM is a normal person that I can attritube to nationalities in the real world. I would just leave it alone and enjoy the game.
