i cant find ANYTHING to do with the diamond i won for the cat festival! So should i just sell it at the bazaar??

There is ONE thing you can use a diamond for. If you have a purple wonderful on your windmill, you can use it to make a purple ring, which helps increase the friendship points on gifts if you wear it while giving a gift. Or you can sell the ring for lots of money.
