Would Felix's last name happen to be Armstrong? Because he looks like he easily could be the older brother of FMA's Alex Louis Armstrong,the way he flexes and poses.

Riiiight. Most characters don't have last names in HM.

Except, he doesn't have the swirled hair sticking out, and especially, the special eyelashes.
EDIT: From the first anime, when Havoc visits the armstrong household, he wonders why the youngest daughter of the family doesn't look like Major Armstrong, but the Major clarifies that she does because of their eyelashes.

I was sitting next to my uncle playing this and he kept asking if Felix was the bad guy coz he apparently looks evil xD

To me mayor Felix is definitely not like the typical HM mayor Thomas he is more of a muscle head.
