I just hope it's worth all the effort... The first two listed seem to water your crops for you... Dunno about the orange one... I remember someone posting the effects of the three special fertilizers and I can't seem to find the topic... The blue and greyish-purple one seem straight forward to me, but the wording on the guide for the orange one is confusing... (The topic about it did go into depth about the orange one, so I'm trying to find that topic to see exactly what the orange one does...)
do the fertilizers effect ever runs out?
I think it's limited... The guide says that it will last for quite a while if it's only fertilizing one crop, but it'll run out faster when fertilizing multiple crops... Although I did read a post through the search function and some guy said that one fertilizer can last for almost two weeks if it's fertilizing eight crops around it... The poster didn't seem to think it was that long, but that's a lot longer than I had expected... I originally thought fertilizer only lasted a week... (And that it was the same no matter how many crops it was fertilizing...)
[(F)(C)(C)(C)(C)]; F = fertilizer, C = crop

Does the fertilizer affects all four crops? Or only the crop next to it?
I believe it does as long as the fertilizer is connected to the four crops on its right by a furrow/irrigation ditch... If the fertilizer isn't connected via a furrow, then I think it'll only affect the crop right next to it... (Though this is all going by the guide where it mentioned the "bombardment" method by connecting a bunch of fertilizer bottles via a furrow so they'll all affect the crop being fertilized... Diagram below...

F-F-F-F-F
F-F-F-F-F
F-F-C-F-F
F-F-F-F-F
F-F-F-F-F

Think of the fertilizers all connected by a furrow that goes in a spiral motion where the furrow ends at the crop in the middle... So, I assume it works the same way if it was the other way around where the fertilizer is in the middle and it's surrounded by a bunch of crops connected by a single furrow, though in that case, the fertilizer will probably run out pretty quickly as it's fertilizing a lot of crops...
And can you remove the fertilizer from a place and put it on another?
This, I'm not too sure... It would be convenient if you could remove a fertilizer and put it somewhere else where it may be needed... That or it be removed if you had a non-regrowable crop that doesn't take that long to ripen, so that it isn't stuck in the ground fertilizing unseeded soil... But I guess we'll find out soon enough, unless someone would like to confirm whether this is possible or not... But it would be nice if you could remove fertilizer bottles that have already been placed on tilled soil...

Well, I'm not sure about the first question--I'd guess that they do eventually run out--but I don't think you'll be able to remove fertilizer. You've never been able to in any other HM game with it, I believe.

Have there been other HM games using bottled fertilizer in the same manner as ToTT? I've only played one game that had any sort of fertilizer feature, which is GB, and the fertilizer in that game was sprinkled on top of your crops, and as such, was single use only... Though I guess it would make sense that fertilizer in ToTT won't be removable after being put into the ground...

Nevermind, I found the post I was looking for in determining what the orange fertilizer does...
Orange: Increases the profit earned from each crop sold.
It was posted in the "Konohana team: How does your garden grow?" topic...

The person who posted that used a kanji dictionary to translate the text from the Japanese description of the fertilizer... I don't know how this works though... Does it raise profit outside of the star quality system? Will it stack if you used it on a 5-star crop?

There was also a picture of the orange fertilizer in use and I noticed that it was used on a row of tea bushes... From the guide's description, it made me think that it only affect trees or bushes where they can produce more than one fruit/crop at a time...

You can use your hammer to smash fertilizers anytime, and using it a second time to return the soil to the original state, so you can till the soil again to any shape

When I read Cher's guide, I thought by "Bonus harvest multiplier", maybe it makes you harvest multiple crops from a single plant, though that would be strange with crops such as turnip or carrot. But if it increases profit, I think it's outside of the star ranking, like raising the ship price by 1.5x when 10 days passed or 2x when 20 days passed...

Yeah, I felt the same way... It would be strange (Though really cool...) if you could harvest more than one crop from non-regrowables... Although if you're right about increasing profit after a certain number of days pass, then that would be really neat... Especially for regrowable crops, assuming that days passed carry over for each harvest... It would definitely bring in a lot of profit for the later crops, if you had them at five stars plus the added profit... Though the guide's description is different from the one I saw posted here earlier, so I guess we'll just have to wait and find out...

I do like her, but I was expecting her to be more interesting. I was never planning to marry her so it doesn't matter. I really dislike it when villagers stay in the same place all the time, it just annoys me. :/

Georgia giving Kana a run for his money in horse obsession! At least not *all* of her events are about her horse... I think that means Kana has a better horse, though.

I don't know why, but when I was reading about Georgia's heart events, I remembered Ann from FoMT.
