Chat Issues

I tried to log into chat and the "light" changes from orange to red with an exclamation point.Under normal circumstances that only happens if my internet connection is disconnected and at this point and time there is no problem with my connection.Can this problem be fixed? or is it my browser?...(I use IE)

Well, I just tried on FF and it works fine.
Maybe try with another browser and see if it works?

I tried opening chat on chrome(the only other browser I have installed on my computer) and the same thing happened.I'm thinking it might be my connection that is causing this issue.

I feel like a total idiot!

All I had to do was reset the browser settings and now everything works correctly! Sorry to make you waste your time Roro. Close this topic please.
