If you edit the title or the description of the topic will it become an active topic? Because I want to edit a topic that I messed up on a while back, but I don't want it to go into the active topic board
No, it doesn't. I've edited my fanfic a lot, and it still doesn't go to the top. You could edit your oldest topic, and it still wouldn't go to the top, I believe.
