I just got that record, and it is really funny to play in night time/while Vesta is walking toward you down the road...

Where do you get the records?. is it later on in teh game before you can start buying them??? :/

At the sprite casino. Talk to Jet (right when you walk in he's the one in orange behind the counter next to Gus). First you have to find him but he's easy to find.
