Polls not working

Every time I try to make a poll it freaks out and puts the same option a bunch of times and cuts out other options... Can someone help and maybe tell me if I'm doing something wrong?
Btw this is specifically happening in the Shea Fanclub in PG

That seems to be a common problem with the fan clubs. A lot of the time when a poll wasn't set to, and allowed to expire on it's own, it seems to glitch and become screwed up.
Unfortunately deleting the poll or anything you can try won't fix it. It's something that only a mod can fix. So you'll have to contact one of them to clear out the poll.
