No! I used to be totally obsessed with Rick when I was 9. XD I'd find my old drawings with him, if not for my old DA being banned. :/

Well, at least Rick doesn't talk ONLY about chickens.

...In fact, I can't really think of any conversations I've had with him that have involved chickens. Not that we've had many conversations anyway...
I'm hoping that Kana WILL actually talk about stuff other than horses. Especially at your family events. It would be kind of frustrating if he didn't...

(At your wedding)
Kana: "Darling, I love you so much...almost as much as I love horses. Let's have a long, happy life together...as long as we buy more horses."

(At announcement of pregnancy)
Ayame: "Congratulations, <your name>! You're pregnant!"
Kana: "Ohhhh, that's such wonderful news! I'm so happy! ...Almost as happy as I was the day Seabiscuit had her first foal..."

(At baby's birth)
Kana: (in tears) "He's so beautiful! I can't believe I'm a father! Such a beautiful baby...oh, if only you were a horse, then you'd be perfect! But I'll settle for you. We should celebrate by hugging every horse in town!"

(At the moment of the baby's first steps)
Kana: "You can walk! This is wonderful! Of course, foals begin walking much sooner after birth, and they require twice the energy to hold up their four legs as you do...oh, if only you were a horse...hm? Oh, just ignore that, son. Daddy loves you...though he'd love you more if you were a horse..."

(At you anniversary)
Kana (to you): "Honey, do you know what day it is?"
You: "Our anniversary."
Kana: "What? No, it's Ranger's birthday! HOW COULD YOU FORGET??!! ....Wait, what? It's our anniversary, too? Oh, that's nice. Heeeey, don't touch that cake! That's for Ranger!"

...And so on and so forth. (Not the best dialogue ideas, I know, but...I'm kinda tired)

Your horse can't die in this game, right? Geez, can you imagine how Kana would react if you let your horse die, especially if he was married to you?

(At horse's funeral)
Kana (to you): "I hate you. You disgusting monster. I don't care that we've been married for 255 years, none of that means anything to me. Get out of my sight, you « Baaaa *glomp* »."

No, Rick didn't just talk about chickens, I only remember him having like 2 lines about them. But it's still amusing to poke fun. I think he had more lines about hating Kai than anything...

But back on topic: Oh yeah, Kana is so sexy and has muscles and is obsessed with horses

I put in a fake age during registration, of course. ;P But back then DA was mostly an extension of the oekaki community, which was quite popular in the Polish-speaking part of the internet. There were two main oekakis, and a few much smaller ones, but generally the same group of people hanged around them all. It was actually a fairly nice community when it tried, but you got a bunch of « Duck Quackers » here and there. I liked how you could meet people with much more skill in drawing than yours, I learned a lot from them, and got a bunch of friends, too. I kind of miss it, sometimes - most of the oekakis died down a long time ago, the only one that's left pretty much sorts the members by skill, and it's much more elitist than it was back then. It's not as close-knit, either, and many people just don't bother with trying to make friends. You just can't find a good Polish-speaking community anymore. There are some forums, I guess, but the people here are extremely obnoxious. So nowadays I spend my time on international communities like Ushi. Much less drama here, too!

...And here I derail once again. Anyway, I've been thinking, if there were rivals in this game, who'd you pair Kana with? Other than his horses, of course!

Anyway, the rival couple I would pair is KanaxGeorgia
#1. She has horses on her jacket. That has to mean something

I would probably pair Kana with either Nori or Georgia. Nori because they'd look good together (and maybe their personalities would work nice together), and Georgia because I hear she likes horses, too. Probably not as much as Kana, but it would certainly make her more attractive to him...

I thought of these two as well. I like Kana with Nori for the whole traditional feminine girl & manly man appeal, but I think Georgia/Kana wins me over, for they could fangirl about horses together and that would be just so adorable <3

The main language was English, just like it is now, but there was a huge group of Poles that hung out together. And let me know if you decide to make an account, I'm not the most active there, but I'll add you to my watch for sure!

Thankfully, yes. While my reputation was ruined and many people turned on me, in the end it helped me to determine who was a true friend of mine and who was not. The true friends let me explain the situation and stuck up for me even when the situation got very messy, which I was very thankful for. I was just a kid back then and the situation hit me pretty hard. If something like this happened to me now, I am sure I'd have dealt with it differently.
