I remember hearing a rumour that if you give lots of milk to Nina, Galen will die instead in AWL:SE.

I heard a rumor that there was a 2nd photo album on the 64 version. I did not buy that information one bit.

Actually, if you zoom in on the sprites tree at a certain time of day (night I think), you'll see an owl perched on it's branches

On Topic, I heard that if you married WP or Shea in SI, your child would look like them instead of the incredibly generic and boring child that they didn't even bother change when they updated the game
Needless to say I was quite upset when I found out it wasn't true

If you give Mukumuku a bunch of flowers, he'll be really happy and give you a pet lizard to love and care for in your house!

....Too bad it wasn't true....That would've been such an awesome gift to receive....

RIIIIGHT, the lizard, that was the other animal...Curse you, AWL, for putting all those awesome animals in the game and not letting us have them (or interact with them in any way)!

I still wish Mukumuku was a special marriage candidate. Thank Buddah there wasn't a rumor about that or I didn't hear about it. I would've gone nuts trying to figure out what I was doing wrong

AWL was an absolute treasure cove of rumors haha. I wonder how the game got away with them?

I can't think of a HM game that had as many rumors as AWL...

I know, it's weird
Especially considering AWL is far from the most popular game in the series
But then again it is considered the "black sheep" of the HM family, so I guess an abundance of rumors suites it

I remember trying so hard just to complete the photo album, then I read about that rumor and people even wrote how to get the photos and all of their names. I printed that out and tried getting it just to see if it was true.

Oh and I think the rumor about getting the chihuahua was true for AWL. Somebody posted a video of it on YouTube where it was on their farm

oh my gawd, did you hear what AWL did? i heard, that in AWL, you can get a pet lizard, and it will live in that mysterious locked shed, and when you open it, you'll unlock the ability to marry mukumuku. it's shocking!

if you could marry mukumuku, i'd probably go out and buy a copy of AWL right now.



another 64 rumor: that if you give rick enough moonlight stones, he'll sell a moonlight lamp to you the day before the festival. i filled my cabinet with moonlight stones and gave him one every day, but he still never let me buy that lamp. ;o; (this one could actually be true, since it -is- 64, haha)

there's a lot of strange 64 rumors, actually, that get perpetuated as fact, like that putting your dog in your greenhouse protects it.

I know that's false. My greenhouse blew away and my dog was just standing in the brown spot it left scratching it's ear like nothing happened.

i know, i've had it happen to me. :< there's no way to 100% protect your greenhouse in that game, but people still keep perpetuating that rumor. (and then it bled over to BTN, and i've seen people debate online like "no, putting your dog in your greenhouse only works in 64, not BTN!!" and it's pretty ridiculous, haha)


and the puppies in M/FoMT. seriously. there's no puppies. none. but people keep asking. ;o;
