What you have to do is talk to the mayor everyday give him stuff show him your dog a lot. then finally he'll ask to marry you.

In 3 years you'll have a kid. you can't already have any girl higher than a blue heart or it won't work.

I don't think it's so much a rumor as it is someone being dumb, but it still made me laugh. x3
