How are you liking it?

So a lot of us just got this game and a lot of us haven't yet, but for those who got it, how are you liking it? Did ToTT live up to your expectations?
I think it's super fun. The graphics are SO charming, and I love the horse cart and new shipping bin. Exploring the mountain is fun, and I love Hiro's line when you give him a gift he likes. (Hope you still like him best Spicey. XP)

I befriend Nori and Reina
I like the farming and all that

Befriending the doctor and the 2 mayors
My day is
Take care of crops
Give gifts and talk to everyone
Catch items in the mountain
Go to Bluebell talk to everyone
Get back to the farm

And when i have requests i do it too

I loving it. I take pride and joy in my tench system (which took me three in-game days to make). My trench system has can hold 31 crops. Hehe. With that said, I live in Konohana, and I love the game to death. I didn't know there was going to be a new Harvest Moon game until last week... but this is a gem. Graphics are adorable, and so are the graphics for the 3DS (I watched some gameplay of the 3DS version on youtube, and saw the trailer...)

I do the request all the time, and right now I'm trying to get the axe quest done.

Im really enjoying it so far. I like the graphics and non-annoying character sounds like in Grand Bazaar. Ive only played a few days. They have consisted of completeing requests, stalking Reina and giving her gifts. I chose to live in Konohana since Ive always liked looking after crops better then looking after animals. And then exploring in the mountains. I dont know if its just me but I keep running into bears and having to run for my life xD. My sister is 3 or 4 game days ahead of me and hasnt seen one bear yet. Anybody else running into alot of bears?

It's a lot better than i expected. I usually find handheld games kinda annoying, but so far this one is addicting. It's not the best game in the world, but it's still very good ^_^

I only ran into a bear once and I let it attack me for laughs.... Haha it's a great game, as I have said many times already.

It's growing on me finally.

I'm actually quite impressed and pleased with this new addition to the series. It's charming in it's own special way and goes at a slow and relaxing pace. And the character dialogues aren't all that bad either! I'm actually genuinely interested in what everyone has to say. It's very different from the older HM games but at the same time, it reminds me of them too.

I've run into quite a few bears - mostly all in particular spots. For example, by the Bluebell hand-fishing pond, where there's that big log you can run through. About half the time there's a bear in there. And at night I can usually find a panda by that bamboo foraging spot by Konohana.

I've had bears chase me but they've never caught me yet. What happens if they do? Do they knock you down and you lose some stamina or something? Of course they can't kill you.......right? ^_^'

I played until late last night and didn't realize the time until I turned on my ipod...
Let's just say I slept in class for a while...

I'm still a little confused about getting tools and stuff but I'll find out eventually.
I keep checking back on the guide to see if the pages are updated. D:
Especially the wild animals section.

It reminds me of the older games too. 1 thing I especially like is that they are using some music from other games. Like the festival song from BTN/FoMT. And in the story when the H.Goddess is telling you about how she blocked the tunnel, the music is from the opening screen for AWL. It took me a few mins of listening to it to recognize it. But I thought it was pretty cool. Im looking forward to finding the other songs that they might have put into this game too.

@BlueTrillium- Im too chicken to find out what happens if they get you lol. But Im sure its similar to what happens when you get attacked by a wild boar. Those buggers are fast! Ive been caught a couple times. You just get knocked over and lose some stamina. I have no idea how much tho.

I like it so much better than SI and GrB. It has an older feel and a newer one at the same time.

-Fish, bugs and other items are all separated
-Crop system is much better
-Requests
-HG stalks you again
-You can sleep in the Town Hall of the other town
