It is definatly one of the better HM games in my opinion. Its been a while since I liked an Hm game good enough that Im laying in bed playing it and thinking "I'll just do 1 more day then I'll go to sleep" and before I know it, its 3am lol.

I am absolutely addicted to it! I cannot put it down. I even bought a copy for my dear friend and we're going to both play our harvest moon games tomorrow after work. She's really looking forward to giving this game a try

I'm already in summer of the year 2, and now i'm thinking that it is tedious D: After you complete the hearts of the mayor you have nothing to do, and have to wait the requests from Eileen to upgrade the tunel, but, SHE ONLY WANT WHAT ISN'T GOOD! IT'S THE UPGRADE OF A BED D: And i'm only thinking in marry with Alisa or Oracle, and Alisa is only unlocked in fall of year 2 and Oracle have white flowers yet... e-e"

I love it. My favorite is still HM64 (sort of a traditionalist) but of the newer HMs this is a really good one.

I do have issues with the random inventories for the shops (WHY CAN'T I BUY RICE TODAY RAGE QUIT), but the streamlined system of taking care of animals is nice, the additions of useful pets is really neat, the dating system is awesome, and the addition of weekly cooking contests is compelling once you get used to it.

It's a very daunting game because there's SO much stuff, which is excellent! I mean, I actually find myself weighing my choices a lot, and playing far into the night going "one more day, just one more day." You actually feel really productive and like you're building toward something bigger... ALL THE TIME.

Some of the characters are a tad bland, at least on Bluebell's side (NOT Howard, omg I love him soooo much), but overall it's a really cool community. Of course I haven't played very far into the game, so my opinion may shift. Still, AWESOME game. Harvest Goddess is ridiculous, as per usual XD

The only thing I really do not like about it is no way to pause the game. I love the game as a hole am having great fun and am playing when I should be doing school work.

Yeah I thought that too, but if you close your DS the game pauses

A Fairly well done game. Right now I'm in winter. I've the fact that they kept the ability to jump in the games(even made it useful) and I love hand-fishing, though I with the Harvest Goddess would leave me alone.
Also I got my Owl finally, I named him Jareth.

All in all this will be a favorite!
