Error in the guide

Hi, I didnt know who to address this too but there is an error in the guide under the portion that says "Moving Towns" it says you can move from the 23rd to the 31st but I just tried moving from Konahana to Bluebell on the 31st and Ina told me I could only move from the 23rd to the 30th.
