Mist! She had such memorable dialogue and she was sweet <3 I also loved how she would enter your home on rainy days whether Raguna was home or not.

DS Girls Only: Shara. She was boring, but she was a sweet girl. Waay too careless with animals, though.

DS Girls + ToD: Odette. She sounds fantastic and she is actually visually appealing, for once. Sonja was cute too, but I prefer purple hair over pink hair.

I think ToD definitely has one main girl. There is a character that does all the things the other main girls do (Odette). So it makes sense to me that she is the "main heroine". But since there are other important girls it is more debatable then in other RFs. But I personally still think ToD has a main girl.

It's all in the eye of the beholder~ But.. the way they put it makes it confusing...
But yeah... I said it before, I'll say it again: I think OdettexAden is canon.

Ya a lot of people didn't seem to like having a set main girl. I think it is kinda cool. Even though I don't really like most of the main girls very much. It is still kind of neat to have an official one. Also it feels traditional now after all those previous games.

I never enjoyed how they pretty much imply it the entire time in the song. It felt so weird marrying Sofia in RF3, then seeing the new opening song featuring Shara. I liked how it was in RFF where Mist might have been the first girl seen, but really they all have pretty equal time in that song. I don't mind a main girl too much, but it got annoying when EVERYTHING features her.

I dunno, I kind of like having main girls. And then I go marry somebody else and I'm like "screw you red string of fate." XD

I also gives a great sense of plot.
And since RF has a romantic codemy anime-esqe theme to it, the fact that there are many potential love interests and one girl that is more emphasized, make sense.
As that tends to be how many romantic comedy animes are.

Mist is my favourite There is just something about that girl that makes her awesome. Even if she does get aroused when around turnips...

I agree entirely! She had a very cool personality, and it really appealed to me. Her story was by far the most interesting, and every action was justified.
