Maybe the developers applied the "close on rainy days" systen-thing to all indoor shops, but Cam's shop had a different...programming. Ugh, never mind...I shouldn't try to speak programming language.
However, I dunno if it's really a glitch. It could just be an oversight on the developers' part.
...Then again, this IS Harvest Moon we're talking about.
But I still don't think Cam's shop being open on rainy days is a glitch. It seems like the game testers would have noticed it...so maybe it's actually supposed to happen. I dunno, though.
