I tought Sea Urchin was only an extra ingredient for some recipes. Or something that I used to get when I jumped in the river by GrB to sell for a lot of money.
By the way, does anyone know what Elli Leaves are used for? Shouls I keep it, sell it or gift it? And if I should gift it, to who?

The sea urchin...I don't know, probably like GrB it is only good as an extra ingredient in maybe 1 recipe and that's it. So I never buy them.

For Elli Leaves...I haven't found any cooking use for them yet, but I do know (per Cher's guide) that somewhere around Winter Year 2 you will need 10 of them for a request you'll get from Oracle. So if you're in Winter Year 1 you might as well sell them (they're worth good money...) since they will rot if you try to store them over to Year 2.
