Magic blue is a good gift for her... if it's been six seasons, surely she should be pretty high flower-level by now - what is she at? Ways to raise it faster: wear the outfit she likes, move to Bluebell if you don't live there already and attend festivals, and make sure you don't litter. Also go on dates with her to good locations whenever you can, and make sure to trigger her flower events and choose the right options. She should gain flowers in next to no time.
