I got it from Howard. In Summer.

You get a request for it. For me, I had to make boiled eggs for Yun. You get the spice rack the same way, but I used fried eggs for it.

Um, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that impossible? You need a pan to make omelets, and yet you got the pan by making an omelet??? Or did you mean the spice rack?

no, i'm living in konohana...

if you're living in Konohana, it should be boiled egg for the pan and fried egg for the spice rack. But that's from my request.

For Howard I had to make Hot Milk for the pan. It's possible it's just a random food that's cooked with the pot that's easily accessible.

Actually I'll check right now.....

The pan request should show up the 1st of Summer. As for the spice rack I'm not sure, Lunadora would have to tell you.

The spice rack was at Fall. You can only get one a month. Not only the cooking utensils, but EVERYTHING in this game is like that.
