Does Howard creep anyone else out?

When I first saw him I was like....'that's a dude?!' My boyfriend thinks he looks like muffin (because of his head shape and his hair) I mean...the make up...and the earrings.... Every time I approach him in the game I go like...'ehhhhh'

You are not alone. I can't stand Howard's creepy lipsticked and powdered face. I'd rather have pandaman for my crazy, but I want to finish upgrading my bluebell farm before running to Konohana.

I said I don't have an opinion of him yet. Because I don't know him. So I'm not gonna judge him when I know almost nothing about him.

The thing that creeps me out the most is his "normal" face...with the lipstick...and he just looks at you with the corner of the eye *Shudder*

I didnt like him at first. He did creep me out, but farther in the game i go in the funnier he his. He's hilarious!
