OFFICIAL NintendoDS Multiplayer Section - HELP/Request/Share

I've unlocked the Multiplayer field but I can't seem to get the the Friend Roster for some reason. My only options when I select Multiplayer are Online Play or Local Play. Once I select Online it gives me the option to host or to visit.

And I also have the 3DS version so would my 3DS code be the same for my ToTT friend code or do I need to go somewhere to get that too?

To clarify: 3DS codes only work for 3DS players, post on 3DS wifi thread.

Sorry to double post, but does anyone have a tomatoes, onions, potatoes, cucumbesr, or turnips grown? I REALLY need one, it's the salad festival, and I have nothing to enter with!

I am thinking about creating a new wi-fi post and merge the friend codes in it, since both post creators for this post ahd the friend codes disappeared. But first I wanted to hear some thoughts about it... Do you guys think I should?
