For tunnel: If I'm not wrong, it was 3, 6 and 10. Or something around that.

What's the latest time I can enter the cooking festival? I know it starts at noon, and I already know I don't HAVE to be there by noon.

In HM:DS I upgraded my house and my cat got permanently stuck on the oven >_> There's no danger of that happening in ToTT, right? Or should I throw my pets outside before completing the request to upgrade?

@ HummingGillz I believe it's 4pm? I got to a festival in Konohana at 4:01pm which was just in time to see the mayor poof back inside so I'm going to assume that it's the same time for the cooking festival too.

Just once during the whole period of Spring-Fall.
During Winter, the beehives freeze over, so you have to put another honeycomb during Spring.
