1-Is the output bonus permanent?
2-Can you give all these treats on the same day or does it have to be on separate days?
3-There is no report of other combinations working or just a selected number of one type of cracker?
1. The effect should be permanent. I would think after all the money spent on those treats, it had better be. Well, at least from what I can know, the chicken that I use to test with is still giving 2 eggs at each laying for more than a season now, and I haven't fed it a single treat since it started giving 2 eggs.

2. It isn't possible to feed more than 1 treat to any animal per day. The game will stop you by telling you the animal has already been fed if you try to feed it another.

3. I don't know any more about the internal mechanics of the game than the next person, so I can't say for sure if any other combination could achieve the same effect for any one kind of animal. All I can do is translate to the best of my ability of what is stated in the Japanese website, which appears to be information from an official strategy guide that was on sale in Japan. It isn't a online forum/community like this site, where users volunteer their findings.

As for whether only one type of cracker would do the job. I don't know, but I would think if just one kind would suffice, there wouldn't be the need to go through all the trouble about combinations.

In any case, please see this thread as well. Someone with the means and know-how was able to confirm that the numbers in the combinations provided in the Japanese guide are indeed accurate and do work:

I hope I have answered your questions satisfactorily.

Yes, you have thank you. A note on the third question, I was just hoping you wouldn't need all four types of crackers before you could expect to increase production. You know, maybe using two types instead of four or something. The alpaca combinations seem oriented towards that. They seem straighter than the combinations for the other livestock. At the point where you get all cracker types and the alpacas, it makes the motive to increase your livestock's production kinda moot, because you should have so many at that point. Although, I admit it gives more of a challenge, you'd think the game would ease you a bit more into it. I have too many days where I find myself trying to find something to do around 2pm and other days where I have too much to do and thus far my stables and fields are pretty modest.
