Land of Beginning/A New Beginning General Information Thread

I've decided, I'm going to model the character after myself. Long black hair either down or in pigtails, blue eyes, as pale skin as possible(I don't go outside much because of my weak body, it sucks.XD), a baby face and if they have anything to do with lolita in the game's clothes I'm going to be all over that.
I'm probably also going to make Sonja(ToD), Frey(RF4) and Minako(P3P) look alike files too, I'm going to have so much fun with this!:D I need to get another SD card.XD

I'm making the MC look like me too. Brown hair, ponytail and reddish eyes as the default (okay my eyes technically aren't red, just warm brown, but that's too boring). I also like the bun/updo :D I might also switch to pink/purple/blonde hair + green eyes or orange/red hair + blue eyes if I get tired of how I look.

I kind of doubt it, but I wonder if you can change your skin color... maybe you can't even change your eye-color mid-game? Does anyone know? Considering how variable I am I kind of want to try making combinations with darker skin too, even if it's only temporary. dark skin + green eyes is soooo pretty

That'd be kinda freaky if you could change your skin color mid-game.O_o As far as I know, all Allen can change is your hair, but who knows, maybe he offers a complete makeover?

Skin color, eye color, and facial expression are permanent I believe. You can change your hair color and style at Allen's beauty salon and you can get new clothing at Yuri's tailoring shop. But I don't see any locations to change anything else. So I believe the other features are permanent.

When I first start playing the game I'm going to spend like an hour just switching around and staring at various color combinations then, to get my fill.

Well, changing your hair color and length that drastically isn't much more realistic. It's just a game ^^

I know, but still.XD He could have used hair extensions on us though.

Well, hair extensions can mess up your hair too, sadly, because they have to be knotted in.

And with all that frequent dyeing, bleaching, cutting, extension-braiding, perming, etc... the MC's hair would start to fall out! That'd make Allen look like a real crook, taking her money when she obviously needs BDD therapy. Customizing is just too addictive.

Maybe if I start a boy file I could try dark skin + green eyes. >3

Woow, i'm so late, but... I'm really disappointed in the bachelors. :l

The bachelorettes are nice, though.

And if i was going to model the MC as me, i would have to have like, hazel/olive eyes, and dull brown hair, probably in a ponytail.

The mailbox has letters and a weekly newspaper. The weather report for the week is on the 2nd page of the newspaper :D

Awesome news!!! :D I LOVED getting letters in FoMT/MFoMT. I'm glad we have gotten the mailbox back. I hope Natsume will not remove it.
