It doesn't seem to have a name, or at least not known as of yet. It's described as さびれた町 (Sabireta no Machi) but that just translates to "deserted village".

Idk if you were still wondering about this, but you can change your skin color. I saw it in the videos showing the different options for both the male/female MC. I'm really excited about that since I can finally have a tan character!
