if you look at her neck, you can't see through her hair, meaning it's ether down, or so full that the sides of each tail are hiding behind her neck. It's prolly down,(if you could call how she normally wears it 'down') cause if it was true pigtails, they'd have made it show.

and I just realized. This is the first game in a while that you can't marry the HG. We can still marry the WP, but not the GH!...why didn't I notice this sooner?LOL

actually I don't think you've been able to marry her since DS, IoH and SI you couldn't marry her, GrB and ToTT HG wasn't a candidate either

I just noticed that I can milk the cows in Animal Land. Now I have yak milk from someone else's yak I don't have sheep unlocked in my game yet so I don't have the clippers, but it looks like I could of also collected the sheep, alpaca, and llama wool from the other players' animals as well.

hm...didn't know that. I never bothered to so I never took notice if I couldn't. I'm so glad we could in HoLV though<3 She was so pretty! Too bad that style HG didn't stick...I mean, this HG is pretty and all, but I like the other better.

Harvest Goddess now has three different versions, though.

This game's style of her is pretty much Nintendo portable exclusive now- first appearing in Harvest Moon 64 then moving to FoMT to DS and so forth. She was in BTN on PS1 and the port, Boy&Girl on PSP, however.

While HoLV's style is kind of Sony exclusive- being in Save the Homeland for PS2 and its port, which is Hero of Leaf Valley, on PSP.

There is a third style, that is sort of Nintendo home console exclusive (or at least so far), starring in ToT and AP on the Wii. I thought that since this game looks a lot like those two, that Harvest Goddess could come to 3DS but no. She could've brought the other version of the Witch, as well as the Wizard and Harvest King with her.... Oh well.

True, but still. This vr of her is not quite as..regal as the other two. It's been around since 64, and so it could use an update. While I still like the look, I think the colors seem a bit bland and that thing around her shoulders could use some work. Having the corners just kinda 'stick' there has always bugged me. She's still pretty, but the others say 'goddess' to me much more than this one. She reminds me more of the fairies from Legend OF Zelda.(not the little ones mind you)

The Goddess in HoLV was very pretty, but I just can't get used to her without teal hair, haha. IMO the Goddess from the Wii games is the most beautiful, and I really wanted her to return for LoB... Oh well, guess you can't have everything.

-facepalm- I forgot all about that one.... In fact, that one should have been in the IoH, SI, GrB and ToTT games; since MM is where that kind of character design first came from (or so it would seem). You know? The small body-big head style.

I love all the Harvest Goddess designs but I think my favorites are TOT/ AP and HOLV. The magical melody Harvest Goddess is really cute too.

I just love the WP wedding dress!

When I saw her, she took my breath away. it felt like I was really looking at a deity. A true goddess by name. And as beautiful as ToT/AP's was/is, HoLV will always hold my heart as my true Harvest Goddess. I think she's the only thing that could make this game even better. Too bad we may never see her again ;_;
