I've been tralala-ing around with this game. I think I'm still going to marry Electra. Maybe Elena or Pandora...well im gonna marry them all, but you catch my drift.

I love the request system. C: The only thing that bugs me is if you hold down A too long while talking to people, you could accidentally skip some pages of the concersation.

I plan on
Spoiler:
playing as Sonia and marrying Aden.
I know, I'm bothered by that too, only it's mashing the X button to let conversations load instantly (I'm playing the PS3 version).

So yesterday I went to a marching band competition to watch my sister compete and was gone pretty much all day. I got home around midnight, and when I came in the door, to my surprise, I found my husband playing ToD. (He's the sort who tolerates HM games but doesn't particularly care for them.) He said he picked the game up out of boredom and ended up playing for 6 hours yesterday. He finally turned it off and came to bed around 1 AM. XD

This morning he got up before me (as per usual on weekends) and is still playing downstairs as I type this. He totally hijacked my game, LOL. I figure I'll let him play as much as he wants today and I'll play during the week while he's at work. But yeah, just thought I'd share this funny story. XD

Haha, that's awesome. xD

But, now you have to.... Share.... D:

I think that should be a testament of how good this game is. :T
People who aren't interested in getting it, should get it. Now. >:T
/no

I don't mind sharing. It honestly makes me very happy he's playing. I've always said that he'd enjoy the RF series but could never convince him to try one. Now I've converted him. C:

Not to mention he's gone for almost 12 hours a day on work days (6 AM to 5:30 PM), so I'll have plenty of time to catch up. C;

Well that's good. :D
I always loe seeing people's faces when you get them to play and enjoy a game they refused to like. :)

I just realized that uh... What's her name... Jocelyn..?
I just realized that she really is the hot mom, as her description says she has two kids. :T

I didn't feel my question warranted its own topic, so I feel I might as well ask here.

Joe has a request that involves me giving him tuna. I saw somewhere on the forum before that tuna is gotten via deep sea fishing, but I've been doing that and basically ended up getting everything but tuna (including Lover Snapper, strangely enough). So can anyone point me in a less general direction as to where one can find it?

I got my tuna by upgrading my fishing rod to beginner's rod. (You can find cheap cloth on goblin archers or mace dudes in the first dungeon)

Then just fish from Ymir on the darkest color water and hope you're lucky/skilled

Ooooohh, you have to fish from Ymir...
That would've been nice to know... xI

Thanks. :D

I'm just getting started, but one thing I don't like is the way there are all these invisible walls out to see. It makes the sea charts misleading. :(

I'm torn between marrying the spoilerific character or marrying Violet. I love Violet!

The game play is entertaining. I'm easily addicted to it already. I'm still trying to find the plot, though....

Not at all, you gain more sea charts which takes out the walls. You can't go to higher leveled places with the level you're at now.

1)WHY doesn't the oak on my island grow? It's been growing for almost a month and they just stay as those shrimpy little saplings. My island is at 100%, and my beetle has about 3 friendship, and when I try chopping it with the axe nothing happens... soooo why? Does it just take an incredibly long time or what?

2) Where/how do you use the mining monsters and the hammer?

3) Can you only harvest a jewel from the monster treasure box once? He doesn't seem to be 'reloading'

1)I'm having the same problem, except my island is like 40% haha! Try getting monster cookies, and are you sure you have monsters who work on oak? Get the elephant from the first dungeon if you don't have one.

2)There is a island meant for mining coming up :)

3)Not sure about this one.

The monster box doesn't produce gems every day, you need to wait a few days until it produces a gem again.

Once I start playing again I'm going to raise more money and max out of my house, get my forging and crafting up a whole ton, and slowly work on the story from here.

Second dungeon shall wait~

I have some more questions.

1. What are the fast forward type symbols that appear over people's heads on the map?
2. How and where do you get house upgrades?
3. Where do you buy furniture?

Yay! I'm glad. I feel so relieved right now about that.
