I have to agree. While some of the VAs are off for their characters, many are rather good.
Natsume has definitely improved their casting skills.

I was surprised to find out they used an actual woman to voice Beatrix/Bonaparte...

It's really weird to notice the Japanese Voice Actor for Rolo sounding an awful lot like the English Voice Actress for Garudamon...

I'm gonna agree with Osu and Mysterious on this one.
I actually like the voices. *shrug* Some aren't the most fitting, yes, but... overall, I like them.
Especially for an English dub.
I usually really dislike dubs, but this one doesn't really bother me. :/

You are remarkably rude. I'm actually quite impressed with the voice acting in this game, as are many others. As someone who suffered through Ryfia in Arc Rise Fantasia's english voice actress, this game is miles ahead of most.

...Moving away from a certain debate, if I may, I am thinking Pandora might be voiced by Michelle Ruff. She sounds similar to her at times, and she's played this type of role before (EG Desco in Disgaea 4, though admittedly I haven't heard much of her there)

Actually, Natsume doesn't do any of the voice work for 3 or Tides of Destiny. I haven't seen the credits for 1 or 2, but 3 and ToD are entirely handed over to New Generation Pictures, who are full service, and it'd be strange if that didn't include casting.

I like the voice acting, for the most part (and it's great to hear some voices I'm familiar with). There's a couple lines that make me cringe (like when you pass out and Sonia goes "Wake up! Wake up I said!" that would break my heart if it sounded better), but overall I like it.
The thing that bugs me about the dub is that barely any of the lines are fully voiced, and a lot of them are just the same clips over and over. I don't know if that's a dub thing or just an RF thing, but since Frontier was different I'm tempted to think it's the dubbing.

And on Pandora being Michelle Ruff... I could see it. xD I knew she sounded really familiar, I just couldn't place it. I'll have to listen really close next time I play~

They did what they did for RF3 this time around, so they just have the little laugh, grunt, etc instead. D:
