HMfan: Yes. Let's force a petition so they'll release an incomplete or very rushed game out. Then besides having the poor translation and the innumeral errors, we'll have to deal with the low volume of actually released carts because if the game went "gold" today, it's take at least a month to make and distribute all the carts to the different stores. This would make the game very hard to find, which would then contribute to poor sales. Poor sales would make natsume think that harvest moon isn't popular enough to post anymore.
BOOOM no more harvest moon stateside. Obviously this is an exaggeration... but you can see why if a company moves a date back, it really doesn't have much choice but to follow through with it.

Looks like June for both regions The company that handles the UK release is Rising Star (not Ubisoft anymore). RS has stated that they plan on getting it out in the PAL terratories around June, just like Natsume has said June for NTCS regions.
