First off, congrats again Shayde. A sticky and then the other guide removed. Yay! :D

Secondly, @Slowpoke, that was probably a really really reaaalllly rare glitch, as no one else has experienced that. :/
Was there a mob of monsters? I think you could miss that quite easily then, and... I don't know if they do, but did you have monsters with you? /I don't know if they'd attack the gates though....

I do believe that happened, just trying to figure out whether it was an actual glitch or just misunderstanding. XD

It could of been a misunderstanding D;
I had no monsters with me and there was a lot of monsters.

I dunno, sounds confusing....
I'll tell you if I ever get that to happen as well, though.

I've been trying to watch gameplay of the water shrine but I haven't seen another monster that looks like a water elemental. D:

I got an Earth Elemental from Earth Shrine floor 1.
I noticed I got a different level from the ones you have listed.

Level 15 Att:71 Def:55 MAtt: 65 MDef:65

You have to break the special gates for elementals to appear.
They don't spawn like regular monsters and only on certain floors.
It is possible it could be a glitch.

We have noticed that the stats and levels on floors fluctuate to a degree.
The levels shown in the guide are a general description of what level you will find.

It it very possible it was a glitch, specially if you were unable to tame it. That's a pretty annoying glitch. xD To think you found an elemental, only to learn its just a teaser.

But there are some interesting glitches in this game that are popping up here and there. Still, I will keep an eye out, though I'm pretty sure the game requires a special gate to be destroyed. *shrugs*

I think 'Hades', the pink faeries found at A-5 (where you get Cosmic Grimoire), is actually called 'Dark Faerie'

Thanks so much for this guide! It's so nice to have pictures too.
Using this guide, I created an "Ideal Barn" and thought I'd post it here just in case anyone else is wondering how to stuff all these monsters inside this tiny barn and set of islands X( It's pretty intuitive actually - if you catch all the elementals and flower monsters (plus an inexplicable tortoise), you're set on crops.

The mining monsters in the barn can be switched out with the ones on Winter Island depending on what materials you're currently after, or if you're filled up on ores and crystals they can be replaced with fighting monsters such as elementals or dragons.

Thank you Balisong. I to actually posted a thread on that a while ago. Your method is good, but here is mine as well. (so people can have options to the various possibilities)

My lists allow you to have the least amount of monsters that will guarantee all crops grow in their correct seasonal island.

As for the monsters on the mining island, this is my suggestion according to what I personally felt was most important to grow on the mining island.

Found them at the shipwreck in H7 along with the blue mushroom monster.

Seems like my photobucket is being a brat this month, so sorry guys for the temporary picture loss. hopefully we'll get the pics right back up quick enough. xD

and yes, I wouldn't mind stats if we don't already have them up on the monster. =)
