It doesn't really matter to me if my kid is a boy or girl. Both of them I find adorable! Though I wouldn't mind having a daughter. I have a name for the girl that I really want to use! Right now I have to get through the first heart even without it raining . . . it will take a while yet.

And I'm still indecisive about Cam and Ash but I'd both want daughters with them cause they'd both be just super protective and whatnot <3

LOL, that made my day. But they can do non horse-related things, too. Like drinking beer together and getting drunk xD And then randomly riding off on their horses to the mountain area. Hiro told me on the Flower Viewing Festival that Kana already did that when he was drunk after the festival Kana could be fighting with his son or arm wrestling with him as well.

Actually I think like Penthesileia. Kana would do good with both the girl and the boy, but I tend to like him more with the son, since Kana seems to be a carefree person and being jealous or over protective with her daughter would feel weird to him.

Cam would have a daughter, for sure. And he should get her to the city with him on mondays, so she can learn how to make perfume and bouquets like him. This would make her like Aeris from FF7.

And I would LOVE to see Hiro with a daughter. I can even see our daughter telling him "I want to marry dad when I grow up!" If Cheryl can love her brother, why can't the daughter love her daddy? I think i'm reading too much manga...

For Ash... It is hard to say! I really want to say the daughter (because I think a daughter would fit him better), but I would feel bad if people started to compare them. And what if she starts to love her dad like Cheryl loves him? It would make me feel even worse. The boy just don't match him at all!

I just wanted to add that, if Alisa could have a children, it should be a girl. It would be really cute to see both of them going to the church. If it was a boy, he could want to become a priest, and I don't know if I like this idea...

That's how I perceive him. He's just too chill for me to imagine him getting really worked up or overprotective. That's more how I imagine Hiro (total worrywart/fussbudget) and Ash ("I have a shotgun and a shovel. No one will miss you.") being with a daughter. Plus, the idea of Kana and a son wrestling and camping on the mountain, complete with shadow puppets on the tent and 'scary' stories, is too adorable to resist. And maybe when he's older, riding off to the mountain while drunk like Henecia mentioned. Then Lillian would ride out to find them and end up hauling them home on the cart (I'd like to imagine them passed out in the Chicken Cart, clucking the whole way home).

After reading more replies in this thread, the idea of Cam with a daughter is more and more appealing. A quiet, gentle, introverted little girl who loves flowers and her daddy... D'awww.

Glad my previous post made some of you smile/giggle. I love seeing how everyone else interprets the marriage candidates and what kind of parent they would be.
