Where is the Harvest Goddess Pond?

Sorry for the silly question. Title says all. Anyway, I am on Summer 20, and I haven't found the Harvest Goddess pond yet. Where should I look?

It's at the top of the mountian where the cooking festivals are held. The path to it is a little up and to the right of where Ina and Rutger stand when you enter your dishes.
