Ok so I've got some of this figured out now

Just experimenting as I'm learning atm

Date Ready/Time Online: evenings 5pm-11pm / weekends

Crops: Winter blue roses (trying to get daikon and bok choy up to 5 star before I plant seeds)
Entrance Fee: Not been given option to set price yet?

Please forgive the 'newbie' questions :-
Do I need to water crops in multiplayer field?
Do I need to water every day - seems they don't wilt if I miss a day?
Can I grow trees?
What about wheat/buckwheat/soy beans etc?
