Does anyone knows how to trigger the bear event? I triggered only 2 of them, both in konohana-mid, i know it can't be in winter, and you can't go in the area with the horse, aside that, i don't know anything else, does anyone know how to trigger the others?

You get one for each tunnel expansion.

There is one last stone (on the Bluebell side) that won't be broken until you finish the MINE. I put it in caps just to remind you that I'm talking about the mine, not about the tunnel.

i finish the tunnel, but can't get the mine! i got 1 town at 100% & stayed there for 2 seasons! what now?

Well, during those 2 seasons when you stayed at the 100% farm, what requests did you get from Eileen on the Bluebell board on the first day of those 2 seasons?

I play the Japanese cartridge, so I can't be sure if it has been changed for the localized version, but I did not have to have the mine completed before the bear broke the last boulder for me. I currently only have the useless tunnel southern annex opened, not the northern annex and entrance to the mine, and walking up the mountain one day on the Bluebell side, I got the final bear event to trigger, revealing a bouncy toadstool.

Took me by surprise actually, I wasn't expecting the event to happen until at least one more season, given what have read around the boards.

If you have one village at 100% completion, the next requests you should be getting is one for building the hot springs at the mountain peak, and one for said useless tunnel southern annex.

Is your board request level high enough? The two requests I wrote about are level A requests, so you'll need to be at least board request level 7 or 8 even.

Are you also high enough friendship level with Irene?

Irene is Eileen. Or Eilene, as said on Cheer's guide. She lives in Bluebell and is the person who should have done all your expansions if you didn't use cheats to get them. If you didn't get the requests this might mean you're not married and do not have a kid, as for (I suppose) the double bed and the triple bed are requirements for the completion of the farm. But that's only my guess. And I suppose that if you have 100% completion on a farm you should be around year 5?

Guess so My Bluebell farm is at 100% and I don't have that bed. I got the Hot Spring last season (Fall, yr 5) so I'm waiting to see what I get from Eileen on Winter 1st.

Maybe pika doesn't have a high enough Request level or not enough fp with Eileen.
