I just bought Avalon Code in August. It was only at 3 Gamestops in my area, and thankfully, one was near work. I scored it on my way home one day . . . took the looooong way home. LOL
I love it. I haven't played it in a while, because ToTT took over my DS after I got it, but I do mean to get back to it. I had just gotten to Chapter 5, in the six days before the tournament/festival/whatever. But I'm only using those days to get rid of as many bad codes on the villagers as possible. Ur is my true AvC love, so I'm not giving gifts to any of the other boys.
Anwar totes creeps me out. That stalker thing is waaaaay creepy. I think he's really following the femMC around until she gives in, but puts on the super angsty thing so she feels sorry for him. He was like, "I don't have a heart," and I was like, "kthxbai!" LOL

Cool more Avalon Code fans :D.
But also dang, more Ur fans XD. I got nothing against him but this topic needs more Rempo fans XP.
If only the game was more wide spread. They might have made a sequel or something. That would have been the best.

Another Ur fan here!
But yer, Avalon Code was a great game. I loved the freedom to walk around and do whatever you want, and I also loved how you could build relationships with people. Sylvie was my best friend, and I dated all of the guys at least once! *nod nod* Well...Excluding Duran...I puked a little every time I walked by him.
Ur, Anwar, and Valdo were three of my favorites

After beating the game I found myself extremely bored and not wanting to do anything.

Avalon Code is definitely my most favorite DS game ever. The graphics are amazing for a DS, the story is really intriguing, all the characters are awesome...I can go on forever.
My favs have to be Valdo followed by Rex then Rempo. Though I wish Valdo would actually look happy. You just got a girlfriend! Don't give me that ">:l" face! >:o
And poor Rex doesn't get any luvin'. ;-;
I could only describe Rempo with the word awesome. Oh my gosh, I love him so much...
I would kill to have Romaioni as an option. D:

Yay another Rempo fan :D.
I love making fun of Valdo because he really looks like a a guy who was assassinated and possessed a demon. Hur hur I love him. But I wonder if he looked like that before. I would be scared if all the sudden he started looking really happy XD. It could be nice though.
Yes, Romaioni is such a lovable jerk >:D.

How could I not be a Rempo fan? ;D
I would have nightmares if Valdo suddenly started being all nice and happy. D: As much as that would be great, part of Valdo's popularity is thanks to the grumpy/emo attitude he has going on. You know, motherly instinct, trying to fix the broken, blah blah blah...
But you have to admit, he looks pretty attractive, looking all evil like that. ;)
As soon as I saw Romaioni with his freckels, I decided that he was the guy I was going for. Imagine the dissapointment in my soul when I didn't found him in the "heroes" section of the book ;-;. If they make a sequel pleasepleaseplease, he should definitely be an option, along with Franshesca.

Hehe good point

.
True. Games aren't nearly as fun if everyone is a super happy person. Grumpy people are great too. He does look awesome. I love that evil style on characters >:3. But at the same time I can't help but find it funny.
There are time when I really hate Romaioni. But in the end I gotta love him overall. He's too great to hold a grudge against. If only he replaced Heath as a wooable guy D':.
I wish there was a sequel. I'd buy it in a heart beat. There need to be more games where you get to smack people with books.

i started playing it today.
it's really slow. and it's hard to figure out what to do. i think it is about to pick up, though, so hopefully it gets better.
though, i had to chuckle a bit that you have a mystical book that is supposed to prevent the world from being destroyed and you go to grana plain. hmm~ sounds suspiciously like a certain -other- RPG that i'm obsessed with, where you have a mystical book that is supposed to help you save the world, and you go to gran plain... atlus, you borrow from marvelous, much? as slow as RH is, it was soooooooooo much more interesting in the beginning than this, though. =______=;

but i don't get events when you start dating someone.
the only events that i had where the events where selphy visit you in lauca's house three times.
confession scene.
and some random scene that she say ''i love you'' bat i get that also with the ice spirit

I loved Avalon Code. It is one of my favorite games, and I really wished it could've been made into a series. I would've loved to see how far it could be expanded.
Character wise, I really loved Rex.
After Rex, I liked Sylphy, Laucus, Anwar, and the four spirits (which I loved all equally).
I was actually surprised the twins weren't wooable. It wouldn't have been that hard to do.

I was surprised too. In a bad way :<.
But I suppose I can respect them for not being swayed by the MC like most of the other youth around (and Heath/Nania who aren't really youths XD).Same goes for Kamui.
I'm sort of glad not every person possible is wooable. It's nice there are some people that just simply don't like the MC that way. Still they should have replaced Heath and Nania with them.

That's fine. Those twins are jerks. It completely makes sense not everyone is gonna like them.
I love those jerks though XD.
