I haven't read really far back. But the item does not need to ARRIVE at Natsume by the deadline the pack needs to be POSTMARKED (meaning sent) by the deadline.

Well as i read it over and over its say POSTMARKED by or before January 14th.
I Asked or messaged a person who works for natsume and asked a simular Question And this is what she said :
It has to be to the post office before the 14th of January, and to California by the end of March 14th when we announce the winners. If you're worried, send it a little faster or buy a tracking number.

Isn't that what I said but in shorter terms. I was commenting on the person above who said I'm worried about it arriving on time. But that's for explaining it more. Natsume has a lot of information and kindly answers all of the questions on their Facebook page.

I've totally been fluffing off working on my picture. :[ My proportions are all out-of-whack, so it kind of killed my desire to even give it a shot, hahaha.

Is anyone going to post their finished pictures, or have they? :O I'll bet a lot of them are really gooood~
