Well, he is a good looking guy (the most attractive bachelor in my opinion) so he was probably pretty popular with the girls of all the surrounding villages (and Hiro seems to have a crush on Kana too). Maybe it's for when he's on a date with a girl (either from his village or another village over the mountain or futher away) and things get carried away and she ends up staying overnight. This is before Kana meets the girl MC of course since he totally falls for her and wants to make a lifetime commitment to her.

i didnt know about tht i live in bluebell most the time but bromance can end up like this yep they could end up like tht

same here, i live in Bluebell, but i love the Konohana folk. the bachelors are also more scandalous over there.
