1) regardless of whether a regular or a suffolk sheep win the sheep either one can produce gold wool? ( I want to enter my suffolk)
2) when does the harvest goddess and oracle post request on the board (my board level is 10, also for oracle i want the magic water requests)?
3) I have been searching for the emperor dragonfly and the migratory locust? (I know of the harvest wiki link and have been checking the area but still can't find them, is there specific time for them to show up)

1) I don't think they give gold wool, I believe this game's equivalent of gold wool is Great Wool which is produced at random from what I've heard
2) I'm not sure, I think its random because I haven't gotten a request from them yet and I've had my request at lvl 10 for about 3 or 4 in-game years

1) Either kind of sheep winning the livestock festival is capable of producing great wool, albeit randomly.

2) I have lvl 10 board request level, and I find that the Harvest goddess board requests only occur maybe 2-3 times each game year for me. I haven't had any from the Oracle besides the important ones, like those which reward the skateboard/snowboard and outfits, even though I am in year 5, and reached lvl 10 pretty early on. I have yet to complete all these important ones though, including one for the last outfit, so I am not sure if doing so would trigger the other requests from the Oracle.

3) Migratory locust should be found on high-mountain, Konohana side, and the emperor dragonfly should be found on mid-mountain, Konohana side. Migratory locust only appears from the 2nd year in fall, I think.

I find that if I don't get any particular insect I seek at any one time, I would exit and re-enter the screen until one appears.

2) idk, but i heard that oracle magic water requests will appear after you get cart.
3) I had both, but i'm not sure where I found it. emperor dragonfly is sure hard to catch. It move so fast and its color yellow like golden dragonfly.

I got a request from the HG right after I achieved board request level 10, so you might just be a bit out of luck.
Now, about the insects... Some of them do have a specific hour to appear. I will try to give it a try and look for them, so I can report to you if I find them. It would be good if someone could re-post the link also, since I don't remember what season they appear.

At level 7 (around end of Year 2), I got a regular request from the Oracle. I forgot what she requested for, but the reward was Royal Honey.
