It's done that to me a couple times. I think it's just a system burp. They were posted at the same time, so we know you didn't do it on purpose like some kind of spammer or something. xD

I always have to completely restart my DS after I add someone new to my roster, otherwise it won't let ANYONE on, or let me visit ANYONE. >:\

Kinda lame.. then I will have 3 friend codes o.o my 3ds one, My ds and my dad's ds for when I forget mine at my mom's house o.o
+ my mom doesn't have wep.. so that means no harvesting when i'm at my mom's house ><
