i am a new user to this site, and I Am curious if discussing pattching of games and torrenting things like tv shows, anime, etc., is forbidden??

the faQ say that only discussion Very Bad Thing™ is forbidden, i am curious to see if discussing the patching of a game to change it to another language through use of Very Bad Thing™ is forbidden....

thank you for the help!

Torrenting should be an obvious "yes" - it is forbidden.

Talking about patching HM games is unnecessary because it is a series already translated into multiple languages by Natsume and Rising Star Games. If you have not bought a copy of the game and are solely relying on a downloaded copy of the game to play it, then your account and/or forum access will be banned.

Acctually if you have an original copy of the game, in other words, if u bought the game

you can use a 'very bad thing'

in other case, you can be banned from this forum =/

Discussion of illegal activity in genderal (downloading, torrents, Very Bad Things™, etc) is something not tollerated.

As far as I know patchign HM games is not something that even happens since they're all translated and no one really makes fan patches for HM as they do for, say, Pokemon games.

That's a false rumour.

If you make a backup of the copy you own, that's allowed but it is tied to your own copy.
