You can find different Ores in the tunnel on rainy/snowy or stormy days. But to open the actual mine, you need to upgrade one of the farms to 100% and be living on that farm at the change of the season and Eileen will post a request to open the mine. So until then you can't mine unfortunatly. But remember, like I had said, you have to be on the complete farm when the season changes, so like if you have the Bluebell farm to 100% but the Konohana farm at 60% and you are living in Konohana when the season changes, you wont get the mine request.
From what I understand after you finish the tunnel there will be *another* request to open up the mine, and at that point it's a giant maze with cracks in it that you "forage" in like at the top of the first area in bluebell and behind the waterfall.
I found a map of the mine here (bottom of the page) I believe I read something about needing one of the oracles potions to be able to see as well, but I'm not that far. =3

But until then, the only way to get different gems, minerals and ores is by finding them, inside the tunnel or in the mountains, usually in the cracks in the walls behind the waterfall on the Konohana side and in the crack on the lower Bluebell area.

Um...no? I had said "if you have the Bluebell farm to 100% but the Konohana farm at 60% and you are living in Konohana when the season changes, you wont get the mine request." You have to be living on the 100% complete farm when you go to the next season. If you are living on the incomplete farm then Eileen wont post the request. I was just using it as an example. It works both ways. You could have Konohana to 100% and Bluebell to 60% and if your living in Bluebell Eileen won't post a mine requestcutey09 wrote:i think you men the blue bell farmOwen_hmpro wrote:You can find different Ores in the tunnel on rainy/snowy or stormy days.
