So I was reading about the freshness of items when placed in the horse carts here: http://fogu.com/hm10/basics/star_rank_and_freshness.php and I noticed that if you have an egg/chocolate pack/veggies/tree fruits/miso or natto in your sled/dragon/shrine/fancy cart during winter, then the items freshness should go up 1 point every day; according to the freshness equation.
What do you think?

I think that when this happen, the freshness won't go higher than 100, but won't be less than 100 too. At this point, I would say that the freshness wouldn't change until Winter is finish.
Then again, looking at the formula, with the same items in the same location, I would say that unless it's summer, freshness wouldn't decrease since Fall and Spring worth 2 and in the equation, it make 0.

In winter the day is cold like in Fridge so the item will be decrease freshness slower than any season
in horse cart
Except:The UFO Horse Cart and Mechanical Horse Cart because it have ability to keep
item always fresh (Example: you have milk with 71 freshness/almost fairly fresh if you use the cart you can keep them Super Fresh!)
So the cart Not Increase the freshness
My experience when I use my UFO cart and exchange to Box cart I forget
the cart don't have Infinite Freshness!
and My Item Rotten one by one

Well yeah.. That's what the equation means. That it's cold in winter, so the item decays slower.
But what I'm trying to figure out, is if the freshness can go up in winter, because the freshness equation says that it can.
And.. from what you're saying, the mech cart and the UFO cart automatically reset the freshness to 100?

No, they don't reset freshness to 100, they just keep it at 100 if you put the item in there right away.
I've actually heard of people who did not put items into the chicken/ufo cart right away (so it wasn't full freshness when they started; maybe they carried around in their rucksack for a week or so) and gradually (in Summer probably) the freshness very slowly did go down and eventually the item wasn't super fresh anymore.
