Persona 4! :) That game consumed my soul for like 3 months. Still chugging away on a few other games, but most of the games I play are pretty open ended, so "finished" is a loose term :/

Currently watching the anime and laughing at their interpretation of the derp moments in the game. Omg awesome.

Hmm depending on what you mean by finish...
I completed the story mode of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II. I also completed the hardest level on the hardest possible difficulty in Dungeon Defenders as well. Still playing both of them pretty regularly. I love using Platinum the Trinity! xD Love how she rides a Carousel horse after she wins occasionally.

Lost Planet 2, I think.
Maybe this cheap point-and-click Titanic game. Took me one sit-down to beat. P:

Been so long since I actually legit finished a game lawl.

Pokemon White....in June. Beating games is my weakness. I play a lot of games, but I beat very few. Not because I dislike them, but because of some weird psychological problem I have where I feel like if I beat a game, I'm "finished" with it and can never have fun with it again. I don't know. I'm weird.

I DO THE SAME THING. I play multiple games but hardly ever beat any of them. Usually I know it's a good game when I actually entertain the idea of completing the game, and it's a great game if I actually *do* beat it. Oh, and normally the games I do beat are the ones that I can replay multiple times - so it's not like I'm ever "finished" with the game, which is appealing to me.

But yea, not weird. Unless we're both weird o.O

Someone who feels the same way! Image I feel vindicated.

But yeah, I've even gone so far as to get aaaaaaallllllllll the way to the last dungeon, and just stopped because I didn't want the fun to end. If I went far enough to go ahead and beat a game, it was because the story interested me enough that I couldn't bear not knowing how it ended. Most games aren't that lucky.

I thought I was the only one...it rips me apart when I beat a game :/ all that time invested...it makes me feel sad :c

if it's a game that i realy like (especially if i am replaying it), i always put off finishing it because i don't want it to end. ;o; haha, i'm glad i'm not the only one with odd hangups over finishing games!!

i finish very few games because i don't have time to play them then forget about them, get bored of them, or play the type of game where you can beat it, but it has to be done in one sitting, is difficult, and doesn't really matter (like old-school platformers that you can't save on). but if i really like the game or it has a clear goal and good story that i want to finish, i beat it.

the last game i finished was avalon code. i think i've done most, if not all, of the sidequests... i don't know or care, haha.

before that was probably my second playthrough of radiant historia, though i do have a LoM file that is waiting for the final boss battle.

I very rarely complete a game 100% (I think the only one was the second Pokémon Ranger game) and for the past 8-9 months I've been having trouble beating the storylines, but the last game that I beat the storyline was Solatorobo, I've been meaning to do the last few quests on it for a few weeks now, but I keep getting distracted by other stuff.

Bwahahah I haven't finished that game yet because I got bored XD I like the characters and the story but the controls infuriated me so much I just stopped mid-storyline. Eventually I'll go back to it. Trying to get into RH but I know it's awesome and I know it'll consume my soul and right now I want to actually finish the plot line in RFF so I can, ya know, get married and move on with my life XD

So glad there are quite a few people like me! I don't really bother with 100% completion - I finish so few games that most of the time I really have nothing to prove or even want to have bragging rights  Except maybe Persona 4. I'd want to finish everything in that... eventually.

I do the same thing  The only RPGS I don't plan on finishing are the ones that I either a) already know the storyline from friends/fandom or b) don't care about the plot. FFTA-2 had great game mechanics but compared to the older versions the plot was a serious slap in the face.

i'll try for 100% completion if i like a game enough (i did in my first playthrough of RH, for example), but in a game like avalon code that i didn't care for as much, i don't care about getting it to 100%.

I seem to have a problem completely opposite from you guys. I replay games waaay too much. xD

oh, i replay games a -lot-. i pretty much replayed RH as soon as i finished it! and who knows how many times i've play chrono trigger or legend of mana.

i just try to hold off on the ending. and don't replay it if i didn't like it as much. and try to get 100% completion, but only if i think the game is good enough for it to be worth it (in a game like avalon code, where 100% is more annoying than fun, i'll skip it, but in a game like LoM where i want to explore everywhere and get every event, i'll do it, for sure).
