well i got banned for being under the age of 13 ( its me Jenny_Sanchez btw ) and it said i needed a COPPA parental permisson..... my mom tried contacting the board administor but for some reason she told me it cant send...... help? i really want my account back >.<

I am not sure how sending the COPPA permission form through the mail is not possible. She fills it out, inserts it into an envelope, writes the address on it, puts a stamp on it, and sticks it in the mailbox.

The other way is to sent it via FAX to the telephone number listed on the form.
