lol they typically use four strings instead of six and have a much deeper sound. I believe they are mainly used for rhythm? At least that's what they have me doing when I play Guitar Hero double strum double strum double strum

I think Neil's tsundere-ness is alright in this instance. He's pretty attractive so I'll let it slide, but I hate the tsundere cliche as a whole. Arrogant guys, though. Especially if they're pretty like Allen....

The only bachelors in my town right now are Neil and Allen. At first, I hated Neil, because he seemed so cold. No interest at all, couldn't wait for another bachelor to come to town. Then, I started going to animal land, and out of niceness (and boredness, since there's nothing to do there), I gave Neil some milk. His smile is so cute! After a few milks, he started talking to me more (or perhaps I just interacted with him more). I finally saw his heart event, when a customer got angry with him about a sick cow. I learned that Neil is really sweet and cares about his animals. So, I really like him! I don't know if I will marry him yet, but he's a potential bachelor.

Allen is too arrogant. When he said ore-sama, that totally turned me off. Which pushed me towards Neil even more. Though I agree, Allen is so good looking.

Another cute thing about Neil, when he's dreaming, he says いい子、いい子、よしよし which is like good cow, good cow, there there. He's such a sweetheart! I can't wait to see his other heart events.

But his character/personality is WAY OVERUSED in HM games, there's pretty much a character like Neil in EVERY HM game -_-
So while Neil is cute, I prefer Allen for his better looks and unique (to me) personality~

I find Neil's personality to be slightly similar to Marlin's in AWL. But I saw Marlin as shy right away, and never saw Neil as shy, just cold and kind of mean. So, to me, it feels like I haven't seen his personality before. But, then again, I haven't played any of the new games aside from ANB. My newest game was HM:DS, and I played the games from before that. So, I don't know any of the newer characters.

Allen reminds me a bit of Steiner, but I like Steiner better (though I prefer Allen's taste in clothing over Steiner's).

But yes, there are always some animal-lover in the games now.
They're either shy or can come off as slightly rude. . .or somewhere along those lines.
I don't know who Steiner is, if he's a RF character then that explains why. . .I haven't really played RF. I have RF: Frontier but that game just makes me so mad -_-*
All that game seems to be about is "Grind, grind, grind, grind, grind" until you get the right level to take on a boss.
Plus I've never been a fan of the crafting system, might be my only turn off for ANB, but who knows maybe I can put up with it in ANB?

Oh, Steiner is the name for Skye in the Japanese version. Yes! They should bring him back! I like his character.

I have RF2, but I haven't really played it. It's so different from the main franchise... I get scared during the battles, haha (not a big real time rpg fan). And I don't like how each girl's heart points only raise when getting one type of item. I just find it weird. But I love the voice overs (in the Japanese version) and the music is beautiful. I will get around to playing it someday.
