Axe turned into sickle!?

I had my axe in my storage bin and after i got married, poof! It's now a sickle. Has anyone had this issue??
I have an expansion request and I need lumber!! Can someone help?

Plz and Thank you!!

I have 2 sickles now, that both function as sickles. Instead of an axe
Also, its the 3ds version

It's never happened to me before.

Maybe if you use it, it'll be an axe like it's supposed to?
I don't know. This is a weird glitch.

I've seen glitches like that posted by other people on this forum, too... I think it might be a 3DS thing, though not all of them specified which version of ToTT they were on.

If they did not save the game on the day it happened, but reloaded to before it happened, then they were okay. But if they saved after it happened... they were stuck. I don't think anybody found any way to fix it short of restarting the game, or possibly AR codes.

It works just as the sickle should, and yes i have my original sickle as well.

So.... you have 2 sickles that work as normal sickles? Hmmm..... if that's the case, then I don't think that upgrading would help when the time comes. But I hope it does and I wish you luck

This exact same thing happened to me. I also have the 3DS version, but I didn't catch it on the day it happened, so I'm stuck. Does anyone know if it does go back to being an axe when upgraded? I'm very unhappy that I can't upgrade my farm at the moment.

Blue speaks truth =/ Short of an AR code or restarting, you're stuck.

I don't think waiting for the upgrade has been done before, but I sort of doubt it'll work. It's your choice if you want to go ahead and restart, or not be able to remove trees and make lumber now. Good luck D:
