do regrowable crops regrow forever in the greenhouse if one doesn't change the sun/let them wilt due to lack of water?

i haven't got a greenhouse yet but i'd like to know ^^

Yes, as long as they don't get too many water or sun points, they should continue to grow.

My pineapples are a few years old now, so I believe they'll grow forever.
